BABOK provides definitions in BABOK Guide Appendix A Glossary:

• Strategy – A description of the chosen approach to apply the capabilities of an enterprise in order to reach a desired set of goals or objectives.
• Scope – The boundaries of control, change, a solution, or a need.
• Rule (Business Rule) – A specific, practicable, testable directive that is under the control of the business and that serves as a criterion for guiding behaviour, shaping judgments, or making decisions.
